1. Soothing Sleep Tea

A calming blend to help you unwind and relax before bedtime.

  • 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers

  • 1 tsp dried lavender buds

  • 1 tsp lemon balm leaves

  • Optional: A slice of fresh ginger or a dash of honey

Instructions: Steep in hot water for 5–7 minutes.
